Weight Range of Casting Manufactured:

Cast Iron – 100 grams. to 100 Kgs Single Piece.

Alloy Steel Casting – 1 kg to 350 kgs single Piece.

Scope of manufacturing from single piece to large volume(50000 Nos/month) fully machined. 

ACHIEVEMENTS

 

Forged Rocker Lever or Rocker Arm replaced by As-Cast Chilled Castings. 
Chill depth up to 9 mm.

 

Forged Oil Seal Cover in Axle assembly replaced by Chill Casting. 
Saving achieved – Heat treatment cost, replacing costly material. 

Low Carbon Stainless Steel Flange Casting having 0.03% max Carbon confirming to SS316L.

Replacement to forged flange. 

Manufacturing of High Pressure Valve Body Castings, having testing pressure 12000 psi.
